Privacy & Hosts
A Sanctuary for Cat Lovers
This property is a true sanctuary for cat lovers. We are home to 17 rescued outdoor cats who roam the grounds. While the cats stay outside the house, they are a wonderful part of the atmosphere here. You are welcome to enjoy their company and cuddle with them, while we handle all the feeding and care. We visit once daily to refill their food station outside by the lower apartment, keeping the upper entrance and garden area completely private for our guests.
Dogs are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and do not disturb the cats' peaceful sanctuary.
Note: The house and the private downstairs apartment have separate entrances and garden gates.

Winter Comfort
Location & Transport
The living room features a fireplace and a Swedish wood-burning stove. A "Winter Heating Package" (firewood) is available from November to April for € 150 per month.
Rental Rates
To ensure your complete privacy, we stay in our van by the beach or in the separate downstairs apartment. We are available if you need anything, but otherwise, we leave you to your peace.

The beach is just 500 m away, along with a beautiful beachfront taverna that is open throughout the summer. From October onwards, it is open only on weekends, and during winter it is closed.

Nearby: Nerotrivia (5 km, small grocery store), Politika (9 km, Supermarket & Tavernas at the beach), Psachna (19 km, large supermarket/year-round tavernas), and in Chalkida (35 km), the island’s capital, there is a spectacular seaside promenade lined with many delicious tavernas.

Getting here: We recommend renting a car as public transport is limited.
